Shipping
We offer fast and safe delivery via Postnord and DHL.
- Delivery time: 2–4 working days.
- Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout depending on delivery method.
- Free shipping: We offer free shipping on purchases over 599 SEK.
If delivery is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible. In the event of non-delivery, you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days .
How to make a return:
- Contact us via info@lellekid.com and provide your order number.
- We will send you instructions on how to return your item.
- The product must be in original condition, unused and in original packaging .
- Return fee: SEK 49 (deducted upon refund).
- Refund: Within 14 days after we receive your return.
- Unclaimed packages:
If your package is not picked up within 7 days, it will be returned to us, and we reserve the right to charge a fee of SEK 250 for return shipping and handling. Uncollected packages do not count as a valid return.

Complaints
If your item is damaged or defective, please notify us within 4 days of receipt via info@lellekid.com . Please send pictures of the damage and your order number so we can assist you further.

We offer secure payment options via Klarna and card payment .
