Shipping

We offer fast and safe delivery via Postnord and DHL.

  • Delivery time: 2–4 working days.
  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout depending on delivery method.
  • Free shipping: We offer free shipping on purchases over 599 SEK.

If delivery is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible. In the event of non-delivery, you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days .

How to make a return:

  1. Contact us via info@lellekid.com and provide your order number.
  2. We will send you instructions on how to return your item.
  3. The product must be in original condition, unused and in original packaging .
  • Return fee: SEK 49 (deducted upon refund).
  • Refund: Within 14 days after we receive your return.
  • Unclaimed packages:

    If your package is not picked up within 7 days, it will be returned to us, and we reserve the right to charge a fee of SEK 250 for return shipping and handling. Uncollected packages do not count as a valid return.

Complaints

If your item is damaged or defective, please notify us within 4 days of receipt via info@lellekid.com . Please send pictures of the damage and your order number so we can assist you further.

Payment

We offer secure payment options via Klarna and card payment .

  • Card payment: VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
  • Checkout:
    • Pay within 14 days
    • Installment payment (6–36 months)
    • Klarna Account – flexible monthly payment

All payments are made through Shopify , which is certified according to PCI DSS Level 1 for the highest security.
