Welcome to Lelle! By using our website and making a purchase with us, you agree to these terms of use. Please read the terms carefully before making a purchase or using our service.

1.1 This website is operated by Lelle, info@lellekid.com
1.2 By using the website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and to use the service in a lawful manner.
1.3 The content of the website, including texts, images and graphics, is protected by copyright and may not be copied or used without permission from Lelle.


2. Terms of purchase

2.1 Prices and payment

  • All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT.
  • We offer the following payment methods:
    • Credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express. No additional fees.
    • Checkout:
      • Pay within 14 days – Get your order first and pay within 14 days after it ships.
      • Installment payment – ​​Possibility to pay in smaller installments over 6–36 months.
      • Klarna Account – An overdraft with flexible monthly payments
    • Orders with Klarna Invoice can only be placed by Swedish residents. More information about Klarna can be found at Klarna.se .

2.2 Security

Our webshop is built on Shopify , a platform certified according to PCI DSS Level 1 (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). This means that all payments are handled securely and credit card details are protected against fraud.

2.3 Purchase agreement

  • A binding contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation from us.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of technical errors, product sales or suspected fraud.

2.4 Delivery

  • Delivery takes place to the specified address via [PostNord, DHL].
  • Normal delivery time is [2-4 business days].
  • Shipping costs are stated at checkout and may vary depending on delivery method.

2.5 Delays and non-delivery

  • If delivery is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • In the event of non-delivery, you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.

3. Returns & Exchanges

3.1 Right of withdrawal

  • Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 30 days from the date you received the goods.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

3.2 How to make a return

  • Please contact us via info@lellekid.com if you would like to make a return. Please also include your order number, which you can find in your order confirmation.

3.3 Cost of return

  • A return to us costs SEK 49. The return shipping cost is automatically deducted from your refund amount.

3.4 Refund

  • If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded within 14 days after we receive the goods.

3.6 Unclaimed packages

If a package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge a fee of SEK 200 to cover return shipping, handling and administrative costs. The fee will be deducted from the amount you paid for the order before any refund is made. Alternatively, an invoice will be sent if payment is not received.

Please note that unclaimed packages do not count as a valid return . If you regret your purchase, please contact us first to make a return properly.

4. Complaints

If your package is damaged upon delivery, you need to notify us within 4 days of receiving it. Send pictures of the damage, including the packaging, and your order number to info@lellekid.com and we will assist you further.

If you discover that a product has a defect, please contact us as soon as possible. Send a description of the problem and pictures showing the defect along with your order number via email.

You have the right to complain about a product within 3 years according to the Consumer Purchase Act, provided that the defect was present at the time of delivery. If the complaint is approved, we can offer a repair, a new product or a partial refund depending on the situation. The right to complain does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper use.

If a complaint is approved, we will issue a refund as soon as possible. In some cases, we may ask you to return or discard the item. Contact us at info@lellekid.com if you need help with complaints.

5. Colors

We at Lelle strive to describe and display our products as accurately as possible on the website. However, please note that colors may vary slightly depending on the settings on your screen. Therefore, there may be minor deviations between the product images and the actual colors. Lelle is not responsible for such color differences.

6. Handling of personal data

We protect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with GDPR. Read more in our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use and protect your data.

7. Limitation of liability

Lelle cannot be held responsible for:

  • Indirect damages caused by use of the website.
  • Delays or problems beyond our control, such as delivery delays by carriers.

8. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue between the parties. If a solution cannot be reached, the matter may be brought before a Swedish court.
